Terms and Conditions of Sule Manufacturers Ltd
1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, using, or accessing Sule Manufacturers Ltd's products and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our products or services.
2. Products and Services
Sule Manufacturers Ltd provides high-quality edible oils, including refined sunflower oil, crude sunflower oil, refined palm oil, and refined soya oil, primarily for culinary and food processing purposes. We also supply sunflower and soya press cakes as animal feed supplements. Product availability may vary by location and is subject to change without prior notice.
3. Use of Products
All Sule products must be used in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and safety guidelines. Our edible oils are intended for human food consumption and food manufacturing use only, unless otherwise specified (e.g., crude oil for industrial/cosmetic use). Press cakes are intended for animal feed and should not be consumed by humans. Users bear sole responsibility for ensuring appropriate and lawful use of our products.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices for Sule Manufacturers Ltd products and services are subject to change without prior notice. Quoted prices are valid for the period specified in the quotation, after which they may be revised. All orders are subject to confirmation of price and availability. Payment terms are as agreed at the time of order placement.
5. Order Placement and Delivery
Sule Manufacturers Ltd will make every reasonable effort to fulfil orders and deliver within agreed timeframes. However, we bear no liability for delivery delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including transport disruptions, weather events, force majeure, or third-party logistics failures. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the agreed delivery point.
6. Returns and Refunds
Customers who are dissatisfied with our products should contact us promptly upon receipt. Claims relating to product quality, quantity discrepancies, or damaged goods must be raised within 48 hours of delivery and supported by photographic evidence. Subject to assessment, Sule Manufacturers Ltd may offer a replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion. We do not accept returns of opened or partially used products unless a verified quality defect exists.
7. Privacy Policy
The personal information you provide when placing orders, requesting quotes, or contacting us is used solely to process your request and maintain our business relationship. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, trademarks, branding, and intellectual property associated with Sule Manufacturers Ltd, including but not limited to the Sule brand name, product names, and this website, are the exclusive property of Sule Manufacturers Ltd. Reproduction, distribution, or use of any such materials without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sule Manufacturers Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda.
11. Changes to Terms
Sule Manufacturers Ltd reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without advance notification. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our products after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
