Grow Sunflowers With Us
Sule Manufacturers Ltd works closely with sunflower farmers in and around Tororo District through our Outgrower Programme. We believe that a strong, sustainable supply chain starts with empowered farmers, and we are committed to building that partnership.
As an outgrower partner, you grow sunflowers on your land using our guidance and support, and we guarantee to buy your harvest at a pre-agreed fair price. It is a simple, low-risk way to earn a reliable income from your farm.

Who Can Join the Outgrower Programme?
Small-Scale Farmers
Individual farmers with at least 1 acre of suitable land can join the programme. We work with you regardless of your current crop, we'll help you transition to sunflower farming.
Farming Groups
Registered farming groups and cooperatives are especially welcome. Group membership often means better access to inputs, training, and collective bargaining power for fairer prices.
Tororo & Surrounding
Our programme currently focuses on farmers in Tororo, Busia, Iganga, and Mbale districts, close enough to our factory for efficient collection and delivery of the harvest.
Committed Partners
We look for farmers who are committed to following agronomic advice and delivering their harvest to agreed collection points. We reward consistency with better terms over time.
How the Outgrower Programme Works
Register & Assessment
Contact us to express interest. Our field team visits your farm to assess land suitability, soil quality, and available acreage for sunflower cultivation.
Agreement & Inputs
We sign a growing agreement with agreed buy-back price and input supply terms. Quality seeds and fertiliser are provided on credit against your future harvest.
Training & Support
Our agronomist provides planting guidance, crop management training, and regular farm visits to help you maximise your yield and seed quality.
Harvest & Delivery
At harvest time, you deliver your sunflower seeds to our designated collection point or our factory in Tororo. We inspect and grade on delivery.
Payment
Payment is made promptly after delivery and grading. Input costs are deducted and the balance is paid in full, no hidden charges, no delays.

If you are a trader, wholesaler, or entrepreneur interested in distributing Sule edible oils in your region, we want to hear from you. We offer competitive wholesale pricing, marketing support, and exclusive territory arrangements for the right partners.
